「氣」對茶葉的作用之初步探討

Preliminary Study of the Effect that "Qi" May Impose on Tea Leaves

摘要


本文將探討「外氣」對於「茶葉」的作用及影響,嘗試作部分特性的分析。透過道家的資深研究者,讓「氣」進入「茶葉」內,經由感官品評與紫外光/可見光光譜儀之測量實驗,以瞭解茶葉是否產生質的變化。感官品評實驗結果,證實此種變化的確存在並且是可以長期持續的,「外氣」可依循一些特定的模式來改善茶葉的缺點,提升其品質。這些變化,也在光譜實驗的結果中顯現出來。

This study focuses on the effects and influences that ”external Qi” may apply on tea leaves and attempts to analyze some of the traits. ”Qi” is induced into tea leaves through senior Taoism practitioner, and qualitative change inside the tea leaves is examined with sensory evaluation and measured with UV/VIS spectrophotometer. The experiment result has proved the sustainable existence of such effects, by which ”external Qi” can improve the shortcomings and enhance the quality of tea leaves by following certain patterns.
