如何在PASW中做分類分析

How to do the Analysis of Classification in PASW

摘要


人們認識事物時往往先把被認識的對象進行分類,以便尋找其中同與不同的特徵,因而分類學是人們認識世界的基礎科學。在文中的範例醫學實作中也需要做分類的工作,如根據病患的一系列症狀、體形特徵和生化檢查的結果,判斷病患所患疾病的類型;或對一系列檢查方法及其結果,將之劃分成某幾種方法適合用於甲類病的檢查,另幾種方法適合用於乙類病的檢查…等等。PASW中常用的分類方法主要是集群分析法與判別分析法。而集群分析法較常見的又有K平均數集群分析法及階層集群分析法。

People used to classify the recognized objects first in order to find the features of them before they learn to understand those objects. Therefore, the knowledge of classification is the basic science for human beings. Similarly, our medical examples in this paper need to be classified, too. According to a series of symptoms, physical features and the result of biochemical inspections, we can diagnose the disease the patients suffer from. Otherwise, according to a series of inspection methods and results, we can divide them into some are suitable for the inspection for type A illness and others are suitable for the inspection for type B illness, etc. In PASW, its main classification method is Cluster Analysis method and DISCRIMINANT method. In Cluster Analysis method, K-Means Cluster Analysis and Hierarchical Cluster Analysis are the most used.
