氯鹽對Fenton程序去除染料的影響

Effect of Chloride Ion on the Dye Degradation of Fenton Process

摘要


本研究使用RB19染料廢水,以Fenton程序進行染料去除反應,在不同鐵鹽作用下,加入氯離子比較其去除效果,實驗以250 ml錐形瓶,在恆溫振盪器為之,溫度維持在30℃,轉速設定在160rpm,過氧化氫、鐵鹽、氯鹽及氧化時間為操作變數。實驗結果顯示,Fenton氧化程序去除染料效果良好,且在相同加藥量下,硫酸亞鐵去除染料效果優於硫酸亞鐵銨;比較氯鹽的影響,對於硫酸亞鐵銨負影響大於硫酸亞鐵。

The water sample synthetic RB19 was investigated for the removal of dye as function of ferric-salt and chloride ion during Fenton degradation in this study. The experiments were conducted in 250-ml flasks, which were capped and shaken in a isothermal oscillator tank with oscillation speed set at 160 rpm. The dosages of H2O2, ferric-salt, chloride ion and oxidation time are the operate parameters. These results show degradation in the Fenton process are feasible. The efficiency was in the order FeSO4.7H2O> FeSO4(NH4)2 SO4.6H2O. The FeSO4(NH4)2 SO4.6H2O has larger negative effect for chloride ion dosage.
