藝術創作方案對養護機構老人身心健康影響之探討

基於住進養護機構老人面臨的困境及當前創意老化思潮，促使研究者思索如何結合「藝術創作」與「機構老人照護」。本研究為評估養護機構藝術創作方案對老人身心健康之成效，透過機構長者、社工訪談以及參與方案學生的觀察及反思，得到以下研究結果：長者普遍表示因感受到完成作品的成就感，而忘記身體上的病痛，且更有自信展現自我並與人互動。經服務反思，也分析方案成功因素，包括：採有系統性的藝術創作課程、以優勢觀點看待長輩、團體動力引發良性互動、家屬及社區資源的連結等。最後也提出後續對機構、社工、長者及家屬的建議。

The dilemma of the elderly in elderly nursing institutions and the current thoughts of creative aging have prompted researchers to think how to combine ＂artistic creation＂ and ＂institutional care for the elderly＂. This study is to assess the effectiveness of the elderly nursing institutions art creation program. The elderly interview with social workers and students involved in the program of observation and reflection through agencies. The findings of this study are listed below: The elderly generally express the sense of accomplishment due to complete works. They have forgotten the physical pains, show more self-confident and interact with people. After service and reflection, we analyze the success factor of the program, includes adopting a systematic program of art, the strengths perspective on elders, group dynamics lead to positive interaction, the link of family member and community resource. In the end of the paper, we also propose subsequent suggestion for institution, social workers, the elderly and their families.
