檜木精油以田口方法應用於瘦身產品之功效研究

The Study of the Effect of Cypress Oil on Slim Products by Taguchi Methods

摘要


本研究透過田口方法進行實驗設計與分析,將檜木精油運用於瘦身療程,產生出最佳瘦身效果之參數組合。首先,決定配方中的控制因子以及控制因子的水準,依照田口方法中直交表的設定,配合實驗之望大特性,利用L9(3^4)直交表所建立的數據資料別以S/N比及品質特性兩方面進行最佳化參數組合之求取,並依照所決定出之最佳化參數進行確認,最後再以變異分析來確認重要因子的存在性。實驗結果發現,檜木精油欲發揮其瘦身作用除了比例要提高之外,還需搭配複方精油及較長時間的按摩,才能達到較佳的瘦身效果,此效果經實驗設計所得到的S/N比由原本的8.80,經由最佳參數組合後提升為11.68得到證實;而實驗之最佳配方則是50cc的基礎油中,加入檜木精油15滴、複方精油5滴,按摩時間10分鐘。

Taguchi Method was used to do experimental designs and analysis in the study. Cypress essential oil was selected to use in the slim therapy process to get the best experimental result. At first, we made up an appropriate configuration of design and determined which factors might have effect on slim products. Then we determined control factors and standards of control factors that were set according to the standard of Dr. Taguchi's experimental orthogonal array. With the bigger the better of orthogonal array, L9(3^4), we conducted confirmation procedure on operating factors by use of cypress essential oil on slim cosmetics. The experiment was used to obtain best combination of parameters by S/N ratio and characterizations that were based on the data constructed by Taguchi Methods. Finally, we confirmed the consistency between forecast values and experimental values by variance analysis and confidence segregation. The results were that better slim effect would be obtained by higher cypress essential oil concentration with compound essential oil and more massage. The results showed S/N ratio were improved from 8.8 to 11.68 after parameters optimization. The best formulation obtained from experiments was 15 drops of cypress essential oil adding 5 drops of compound essential oil and 55 cc base oil plus 10-minute massage.
