摘要

探討企業界所喜愛的大學以上之畢業生中發現，企業用人首重人品，是否忠誠可靠、守信義，被列為徵才第一要項。其次，才考慮其態度和專業職能。職場競爭力＝品德（知識＋技能）(上標 態度)
職能是知識和技能，也是解決問題的能力、團隊合作、工作配合度及抗壓性等因素的綜合體。有外語能力、專業證照及工作經驗，對職能有加分的效果。通識教育的重要性在於培養學生優良品德，好的做人及任事態度。尤其，要培養人的領導統御能力，大學的全人教育、通識教育更絕對不能少。

The most important character that a college or university graduates are considered for employment is their morality. Loyalty, reliability, and confidence are the characters which are highly appreciated by employers. Secondly come their attitude as well as working abilities.
We developed a formula to explain the competence of a favorite employee. That is:
Competence = Morality (Knowledge + Skill)(superscript Attitute)
Professional skills including problem solving ability, team working spirit, professional certificates, English or other languages proficiency and working experiences are generally treasured. Subjects in general education are very important for university students besides knowledge and skill, especially when leadership is emphasized.
