志願服務組織之意涵及其內容價值：兼論大乘佛教之價值體系

摘要

本文主旨，在於探討台灣志願服務組織的奇蹟---慈濟功德會，此一超大型國際非營利組織，作為一志願福利服務團體，其志願服務之價值體系與會員迅速成長之原因為何？
此乃具有研究價值之議題。
根據研究之結果發現，形成此一龐大組織之因素，除證嚴法師個人之領袖魅力(Chrisma)以外，另一重大因素為大乗佛教之群組價值體系，乃是建構慈濟功德會之核心價值，並使之快速成長之主因。

The article mainly explores on Taiwan's miracle Tzi-Chi Kindness Association. As such a tremendous international great voluntary non-profit organization, how she could achieve the outstanding scale today？ It is a quite valuable issue to survey.
The conclusions tell that one of the main factors is Chen-Yen Master's Chrisma, the other is the Tai-sung Buddhism Group Values has been deeply affecting the populations' minds and thoughts. The Chen-Yen Master's Chrisma and he Tai-sung Buddhism Group Values make Tzi-Chi Kindness Association grow quite quickly.
