This research is based on five difficult positions in the practicum-mentoring institution. First, it is difficult to mentoring for professors because the intern teachers disperse all parts of Taiwan. Second, some practicum-mentoring schools and mentors have wrong thinking for mentoring intern teachers. Third, practicum-mentoring schools didn't have perfect the mechanism system for choosing mentors. Fourth, there are different ways that teacher education institutions sign contracts with practicum-mentoring schools. Fifth, education practicum lacks systematized plan in practicum-mentoring schools. The researcher would expect to understand 'practicum-mentoring condition in elementary schools'. The researcher used 'interview' and 'focus group' to understand practicum-mentoring institution, then used questionnaire to investigate elementary schools, and understand present situation of practicum-mentoring system. Finally, the researcher supplies some conclusions and put forward the concrete improvement suggestions in practicum-mentoring system.
