運動賽會服務品質滿意度及運動觀光經濟效益看法之探討－以舒跑杯路跑活動為例

摘要

目的：本研究旨在瞭解第34屆舒跑杯路跑活動參與者對於賽會服務品質滿意度及參與該活動對於臺中地區觀光經濟效益之看法。方法：採用問卷調查法，以實際參加該路跑活動者為對象進行抽樣，實得有效問卷435份，有效回收率87%。結果：1.參與者未因其不同背景變項而對於賽會服務品質滿意度達顯著差異。2.不同背景變項參與者對於臺中地區觀光經濟效益看法方面，不同年齡、居住地、是否順道拜訪臺中景點、不同重遊意願對於臺中地區觀光經濟效益看法達顯著差異。結論：第34屆舒跑杯路跑活動參與者對於該運動賽會服務品質滿意度大多感到相當滿意；規劃運動賽會時，應考量不同背景變項之差異性，以促進該活動之觀光經濟效益。

Purposes: This study aimed to understand the participants' satisfaction of sports tournament service quality and their viewpoints of sports tourism economic benefits for 34th Supao Cup running competition in Taichung area. Methods: The study used questionnaire to survey data in Taichung city government square during the event. There were 435 effective questionnaires collected and the effective response rate was 87%. Results: 1. The participants' satisfaction with tournament service quality did not have differences for different background variables. 2. The participants' viewpoints of tourism economic benefits had differences by age, living city, travel wishes, and revisit intention. Conclusions: The participants of the 34_(th) Supau Cup running competition generally satisfied with the quality of service. The differences should be considered for background variables to promote the tourism economic benefits when we planed a sports tournament.
