Development of CO2 Commercial Bottle Cooler

摘要


本文針對自行開發之CO2冷媒於單門商用飲料櫃進行性能分析,其中循環系統之氣體冷卻器及節流裝置均採用市場容易取得之板式熱交換器與毛細管作為主要元件,並與傳統134a系統進行耗能比較。由結果顯示,調整氣體冷卻器循環水側入口溫度為2.5℃時,其耗能較134a,系統節省25%以上。

This paper presents the performance analysis of CO2 single door bottle cooler, developed by ITRI, using plate heat exchanger and capillary as gas cooler and throttling device, respectively, in the refrigeration circuit. The power consumption of the CO2 system is compared with that of R134a system as baseline. From the results, it is found that the energy efficiency of CO2 system is higher than that of R134a one by 25% when adjusting the inlet circulation water temperature of gas cooler to 25℃.
