我國在線式不斷電式電源供應器節能標章能源效率基準之研究

摘要


不斷電式電源供應器(UPS)是由轉換器(換流器/變流器)、開關及儲能裝置(例如電池)組合構成之電力系統,可在輸入電源故障時維持負載功率的連續性。依其電路配置一般分為在線式(on-line)、線上互動式(line-interactive)及離線式(off-line)三類。當使用在線式UPS時,由於負載始終由變流器供電,因此其耗電較其他二類UPS多,若能提升其能源使用效率,對節能減碳將有正面的助益。本文旨在探討在線式UPS能源效率測試方法及研訂其節能標章能源效率基準草案。經由資料蒐集研析、採樣測試、效率水準評估、基準草案研擬、業者座談會召開等過程,完成在線式UPS能源效率測試方法及節能標章能源效率基準草案,提供政府主管單位推動我國在線式UPS節能標章驗證之參考。

Uninterruptible power supply(UPS) is an combination of convertors (convertor/inverter), switches and energy storage(such as batteries), constituting a power system for maintaining continuity of load power in case of input power failure. There are three types of UPS circuit arrangements in use, including On-line UPS, Line Interactive UPS and Offline UPS. Due to the load is always supplied by inverter when use On-line UPS, its power consumption is larger than other two types of UPS. Therefore, to enhance the energy using efficiency of On-line UPS is good for energy conservation and deduction of CO_2 emission. This paper is studying on the energy efficiency testing method and drafting the energy efficiency standards of On-line UPS for energy saving label program .By collecting and analyzing the related data, testing the samples, assessing the efficiency level, drafting the standards and holding the stakeholder meeting, this study has finished the energy testing method and proposal draft of energy efficiency standards of On-line UPS, which could offer the government agency in charge to promote the certification of said product for energy saving label program.(Note: On-line UPS also called VFI UPS)
