P. B. T.纖維經摩擦式假撚加工其性質變化之研究(Part Ⅱ)-摩擦盤/絲速度比,延伸比及加工溫度對熱性質,結晶度蓬鬆性及伸縮回復性之影響

摘要


本文係將P. B. T.纖維(聚丁烯對苯二酸鹽)經摩擦式假撚加工後,探討其加工紗物性及微細構造之變化,在本文研究中主要是針對P. B. T.纖維於不同的D/Y(摩擦盤/絲速度比),D.R.(延伸比)及祖度之變化對結晶性、Tg、Tm點、蓬鬆性及伸縮回復性作一廣泛地探討。經實驗得知結晶度隨D.R.增加而增大,且至D.R.=1.6時有一最大值;但結晶度隨D/Y值之增加而下降。同時當加工條件於D.R.=1.6及D/Y=2.0左右時,Tg點呈一最大值,但加工絲之Tg點係隨加工溫度之增加而呈下降趨勢。至於加工條件對於加工絲熔點(Tm)之影響並不明顯,再者,P. B. T.加工絲之蓬鬆性及伸縮回復性則隨D.R.及加熱器溫度之增加而增大,但D.R.及溫度高時,蓬鬆性及伸縮回復性反而會變差,而D/Y值之改變對二者之影響並不明顯。

The partially oriented Polybutylene terphthalate filament (abbreviated P.B. T.) was textured with frictional processes, the crystallinity, glass transition temperature, melting point, bulky property and crimp rigidity of textured yarn have been extensively studied. Based on the experimental results, the degree of crystullinity increased with D. R., but decreased with D/Y ratio. When D.R.=1.6 and D/Y=2.0 the glasst ransition temperature of textured P. B. T. yarn exhibited maximum, but decreased with temperature. Another, the melting point of textured P. B. T. yarn had no obvious change with texturing conditions, the bulky property and crimp rigidity will increased with heater temperature and drawing ratio, but had been not affected with D/Y.
