玻璃纖維強化聚丙烯不織布複合材料物性之研究

摘要


近年來由於科技文明之快速發展,消費者對材料品質之需求日益嚴格,致使部份的傳統性材料已逐漸不符合市場之需求,首要之務即在發展質輕、強度高、彈性佳之複合材料;纖維複合材料即是在此種強勢需求下,愈來愈被重視。但是由於熱硬化型複合材料對環境污染之故,在全球環保意識逐漸抬頭、貿易保護主義抬頭與纖維原料價格逐漸哄抬之際,複合材料製品的回收及再生利用已引起廣泛的重視,因而回收再生的熱可塑型複合材料,將逐步取代不易回收之熱硬化型複合材料,實乃未來之趨勢。本論文採用熱可塑型聚丙烯不織布爲基材,配合強化材玻璃纖維蓆製成熱可塑型預浸材之中間材料,強化材和基材之重量百分比爲70:30,並利用熱壓成型法製成積層板。經由變化成型條件:時間、溫度、壓力,以探討成型條件對含浸效果及複合材料之抗拉性質所造成之影響。藉由積層板的力學分析以明瞭玻璃纖維強化熱可塑型複合材料的最佳成型條件。

Owing to the technological progress, high quality of material has been severely demanded nowadays. Part of conventional material can no longer match up to the market; therefore, fiber composite material is considerably regarded under the mass market need. To prevent the environmental pollution, the recollection and recycling of composite material products have drawn world wide attention, so the recyclable FRTP will replace the FRP, which is not casily recycled. In this paper, the FRTP polypropylene nonwovens was selected as the matrix and coordinated with the reinforced material glass fiber mat, which could be medial material of thermoplastic prepreg. The weight percentage of reinforced material and matrix is 70:30. The laminations were thirmoformed. Through mechanical analysis of laminaation, we could find the best process conditions of the glass fiber reinforcing thermoplastic composite materials. By changing the process conditions: time, time, temperature and pressure, we could find the influences on mechanical propertied of composite materals and the effects of impregnation in this paper.
