乳化液態薄膜選擇性萃取重金屬的研究

Selective Separation of Heavy Metals by Dispersed Liquid Membranes

摘要


本論文探討以批式乳化液膜技術分離溶液中多種重金屬的理論,並建立萃取的數學模擬,此數學模擬可預測在不同的操作條件下,金屬的濃度的變化與時間的關係,本論文所導出的方程式,在預測時所需的參數,如物理、化學性質及操作條件等均可再萃取實驗前得到。理論上的預測上的預測並與實驗數據相比較,結果相當吻合,結果顯示鋅、鎘及鎳等均可利用乳化液膜技術自含有多種金屬離子的水溶液中分離出。

Mathematical models with analytical solutions for the selective extraction of heavy metals in a batch process by liquid membranes are developed. In the models, Sautermean diameter of globules is used. Chemical equilibrium between phases is assumed. The extraction rate predicted by the model is compared with experimental data. The parameters used for the prediction, such as physical and chemical properties and operating condition, can be determined before actual extraction run. The results from this study show that Zinc, Cadmium and Nickel can be effectively separated from the mixed heavy metal solution by liquid membranes under proper operating conditions.
