不同金屬纖維對金屬纖維梭織物強化複合材料之電磁波屏蔽效果

Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness of Metal Woven Fabric Reinforced Polyester Composites

摘要


本研究使用銅、銅銀合金及不銹鋼金屬纖維爲導電材料並做爲緯紗,以熱可塑性聚酯(PET)纖維爲基材並做爲經紗。金屬纖維與聚酯纖維經由梭織打樣機織成金屬纖維梭織物,並改變金屬纖維梭織物的組織結構,與積層層數,並變化金屬纖維織物的緯密以探討其對電磁波屏蔽效益。實驗結果得知,以PET纖維與金屬纖維做經緯交織所織成的織物,其電磁波屏蔽效益與靜電電壓哀減值隨著織密度之增加而增加。

In this study, the conductive copper wires, and stainless steel fibers were used as the warp yarns, and polyester fibers was used as the weft yarn, which fabricated a variety of the metallic woven fabrics by using hand loom. Changing the woven fabric structure, weft density, laminated ply and angle to investigate the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness and electrostatic discharge. From the experimental results, the EMSEE and ESD of the composites are increased with increasing fabric density, and the surface resisitivity is increased with decreasing the laminated ply. The resistivity of the composites is within the electromagnetic shielding materials.
