Synthesis and Characterization of Fe3O4 Magnetic Nanoparticles

氧化鐵磁性奈米粒子之合成及特性

摘要


奈米等級磁性材料吸引非常多人的興趣來研究,因為磁性奈米粒子表現出有用的化學和物理性質像超順磁以及磁性量子穿遂效應,這些磁性粒子通常已經有用化學和物理技術來合成,本篇paper ferrite(鐵酸鹽)磁性奈米粒子Fe3O4藉由使用簡單的化學共沉澱法來製備,藉由油酸加入減少奈米粒子聚集,藉由下列各種測定技術;測定其特徵,如TEM、XRD、XANES。

Many researchers have investigated nanometer-sized magnetic materials, because magnetic nanoparticles exhibit unusual chemical and physical properties such as superparamagnetism and quantum tunneling of magnetization. A number of techniques, both chemical and physical, have been employed to make magnetic particles. In this paper, ferrite nanoparticles [magnetite (Fe3O4)] were prepared using a simple chemical coprecipitation method. Oleic acid was added to protect nanoparticles from aggregation. The characteristics of nano-magnetic Fe3O4 particles were determined respectively with various techniques, such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray absorption near edge Structure Spectroscopy (XANES).
