冰水系統最佳化設計

Design and Optimization of Chiller Water System

摘要


本文主要探討高科技廠房能源利用最適化操作,主要利用工廠之操作數據建構模式後利用最適化方法找尋最佳的操作變數數值。在許多的文獻中已經有相關的研究探討,但是主要針對的單一類型的設備進行最適化操作研究;在本文中所討論的是針對多種類型態的設備進行設計。因此在本文中會針對冰水系統中冰水主機、冷卻水塔、冷卻水泵、冰水一次側泵以及冰水二次側泵進行最佳節能設計。

This paper is devoted to the optimization of energy conservation operation in high-tech manufacturing factory. A method which employed here that would construct the operation model of a factory by using its operative data, and then find the optimized operating variables through the process of optimization calculation. A lot of references concerning the model reconstruction for the single type of the process equipments have been well-known. However, various types of equipments actually interact with each other in a high degree correction in a factory. For this reason, this paper dedicated to the optimized design of chiller water system including the chillers, cooling towers, cooling water pumps, ice water first side pumps, and ice water second side pumps.
