Sc對Al-Ti-Zr合金速凝薄帶析出相及硬度之影響

摘要


本研究旨在研究添加部份的Sc來形成穩定的Al3(Ti, Zr, Sc)析出相,以提高鋁合金的高溫應用潛力。本論文中將以快速凝固方法製備不同成分之鋁鈦鋯鈧合金,再將試片真空密封於425℃下進行長時間之時效處理以避免氧化。時效處理後的試片,再以穿透式電子顯微鏡觀察合金內L12結構之Al3(Ti, Zr, Sc)析出相在高溫下之成長及相變化情形。另外,以硬度試驗機測試其機械性質,以瞭解合金的應用潛力。

Finding the stable Al3 (Ti, Zr, Sc) precipitates to enhance high-temperature applications of Al alloys is the goal of this study. The rapidly solidified technology is used in this study to get the Al-Ti-Zr-Sc ribbons with different compositions. Some of the specimens are vacuum sealed in quartz tubes and annealed at 425℃ for a long period of time. The coarsening phenomenon and phase transformation of L12-structured Al3 (Ti, Zr, Sc) precipitates are investigated by TEM observation. Moreover, the hardness of these alloys are examined. All of these would help us to further understand the potential of high-temperature application of these Al-Ti-Zr-Sc alloys.
