暢談慢性踝關節不穩定

摘要


外側踝關節扭傷是常見的運動傷害,由於特殊的解剖構造,加上相對薄弱的外側韌帶與略長的腓骨結構,促使著地時容易受傷,尤其在運動員執行反覆跳躍著地更容易產生踝關節不穩定,在發生踝關節扭傷後的患者,有高達4成機率發展成慢性踝關節不穩定族群。由於踝關節扭傷是一個不可逆的過程,對於運動員的影響深遠,除了運動表現下降外,甚至縮短運動生涯。因此,本文希望從流行病學出發,延伸至跳躍動作控制與運動防護貼紮,提供運動員更了解慢性踝關節不穩定,利用多面向訓練、動作控制與貼紮預防,提供更全面的臨床建議。
