摘要

自清末以來，局勢動盪，在西方文明衝擊之下，社會結構急劇改變，女性地位亦開始逐漸產生變化，1937-1949期問大量受過五四洗禮的女性進人社會工作，影響就業市場結構，這樣的社會轉變同樣反應於文學作品中。本篇論文藉流行於當時上海的海派作家小說，了解當時海派小說作品中職業女性身處的社會環境、形象的呈現、面對當時職場的因應之道，以及作家對於當時女性之觀感，以窺當時上海的職業女性於男性社會下的地位，或得以增補現今上海女性研究未曾浮出地表的一個斷片。

By observing those works written by writers in shang-hai style, the dissertation would like to understand the social environment at that time that career women in those novels live in, and the image of women, and how they dealt with the career circumstances. On the other hand, we might know the status of career women in shan-hai at that time who live in male society, and we might complement something unbeknown through the writers' perspectives on women.
Since the end of Ching Dynasty, because the impact of Western civilization, and the change of social structure, women's social status have been gradually changed.
During the period of 1937-1949, a lot of women who experienced May Fourth Movement access to society to work. It not only affected the structure of employment market, but also reflected on literature.
