本研究主旨在探討不同背景變項之大學生在休閒覺知自由與休閒流暢經驗之間的差異及分析大學生之休閒覺知自由與休閒流暢經驗的相關情形。本研究以台灣中部地區大專校院學生為研究對象,共有611名(男296人,女315人)。本研究以「休閒覺知自由」與「休閒流暢經驗」測驗量表為研究工具。所得資料分別以t檢定、單因子變異數分析及典型相關分析進行研究問題之驗證。其結果:性別在休閒覺知自由及休閒流暢經驗構面均有差異存在;就讀年級在休閒覺知自由構面有差異存在,但在休閒流暢經驗構面未達顯著差異;學校屬性在休閒流暢經驗構面有差異存在,但在休閒覺知自由構面未達顯著差異;休閒花費在休閒覺知自由及休閒流暢經驗構面均有差異存在;而公私立學校在休閒覺知自由及休閒流暢經驗上均未達顯著差異。另外,休閒覺知自由與休閒流暢經驗之間有顯著相關存在。獲得結論大學生休閒覺知到高度的自由,在休閒活動過程中較能有暢懷經驗,對自己的能力及投入的程度感到滿意,自己也會具有較正面的評價,流暢經驗是休閒利益之重要成分,只有感受流暢經驗時才稱得上是休閒狀態。因此,希冀本研究結果可提供學校休閒教學及後續研究上之參考。
This study focuses on the differences and the correlation between the perceived freedom and the flow experience of college students undergoing leisure time activities. The target students investigated, with a total number of 611 (male 296, female 315), are mainly from collegiate colleges in central Taiwan. Measurement tables of ”leisure perceived freedom” and ”leisure flow experience” are used as the main tools in this study. The t-test﹐one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation are used for data analysis. The results indicate that significant difference exists for students of different gender, grade, characteristics of college and the amount of expenditure budget for leisure activities. In addition, an obvious correlation exists between leisure perceived freedom and leisure flow experience. We conclude that for college students with higher degree of leisure perceived freedom tend to have better flow experience. They are satisfied with their own ability as well as the willingness of devotion, and they also have much more positive evaluation in regarding themselves. Flow experience is an essential part of leisure beneficiation. Therefore, one can enjoy the status of being leisure only when flow experience is appreciated. It is our hope that the result of this study could be used as a reference for teaching the leisure courses in college and for further investigation.
