高雄地區體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度與滿意度之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的：在於探討體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度、滿意度的差異情形，進而探討體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度與滿意度之間的關係。本研究受試對象為高雄地區體適能俱樂部會員，共寄發問卷350份，回收有效問卷340份，回收有效問卷340份，回收有效問卷97.14%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述：一、不同性別體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度有差異存在，在「生活相關」層面顯示女性會員的涉入程度高於男性會員。二、每月不同收入體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度有差異存在，在「生活相關」層面顯示每月收入「100000元以上」會員的涉入程度高於每月收入「25000」元以下、「25001-50000」、「50001-65000」、「650001-80000」及「80001-100000」的會員；在「個人需求」層面顯示每月收入「25001-35000元」大於「25000元或以下」，「35001-50000」，「65001-80000」。三、不同教育程度體適能俱樂部會員的滿意度有差異存在，在「價格因素」層面顯示「研究所以上」會員的滿意度高於「國中或以下」、「高中職」及「大專院校」會員的滿意度；在「生理層面」層面顯示「研究所以上」會員的滿意度高於「大專院校」會員的滿意度。四、體適能俱樂部會員的涉入程度會影響其滿意度。

The purposes of this study were to explore the involvement and satisfaction of physical fitness club members in different situation. And then, explore relation of between involvement and satisfaction of physical fitness club members. The samples were Kaoshsiung area physical fitness club members. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out and 340 effective questionnaires were returned. The response rate of effective questionnaires is 97.14%. t test, one-way ANOVA and canonical were used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study were as the follows: first, there is difference in involvement of physical fitness club members between male and female. Those female members show higher satisfaction than male in the life relation factor. Second, there is difference in involvement of physical fitness club members in different month income, those members whose month income over 100000 dollars show higher involvement than members whose month income were under 25000, 25001-50000, 50001-65000, 650001-80000 and 80001-100000, in life relation item and those members whose month income over 100000 dollars show higher involvement than members whose month income were under 25000, 25001-50000, 50001-65000, 650001-80000 and 80001-100000, in life relation item. Those members whose month income 25001-35000 dollars show higher involvement than members whose month income were under 25000 and 650001-80000, in life individual needs item. Third, there were different among physical fitness club members who study in different education level. Members who study in graduate or over show higher involvement than members who study in junior school or under, senior school and college in price factor item, Members who study in graduate or over show higher involvement than members who study in college in physiology item. Fourth, the of physical fitness club members involvement could affect the satisfaction.
