國民中學體育組長角色衝突之研究

摘要

本研究主要目的在探討國民中學體育組長角色衝突現之現況。本研究依據文獻探討之結果，採用自編之「國民中學體育組長角色衝突之研究問卷」為研究工具，以臺灣地區各公私立國民中學體育組長為研究對象，共發出研究問卷736份，回收有效問卷465份，有效問卷回收率為63.18％，所得資料經統計分析後，獲得以下發現：一、國民中學體育教師所知覺之角色衝突屬於中等程度。二、年資、兼任職務等背景變項，在體育教師所知覺之角色衝突有顯著差異存在。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of role conflict for PE teachers in junior high schools. A questionnaire titled ”A study on role conflict of PE teachers in junior high schools” was distributed to 736 junior high school's PE teachers in Taiwan region. Based on questionnaires from 465 PE teachers, several conclusions made according to the research findings were: (1) At present, PE teachers in junior high schools feel that their role conflict was at middle level. (2) There were significant differences of the role conflict among PE teachers due to the differences from seniority and job title.
