There are more than sixty kinds of natural caffeine materials in life, like coffee beans, cocoa beans, tea leaves, and kola beans, etc. Several ten years ago, scientists have been noticed to the mechanism of caffeine in the human health. Caffeine is the most abundantly consumed stimulant worldwide. However, its safety remains controversial. Seeing the caffeine consumption is higher than before in Taiwan, we hope to promote our people to notice the effects of caffeine to the human exercise and health by the integrated references. Suggesting people may have to keep away from excessive caffeine intake.
