摘要

輕艇運動近年來在政府及民間單位的推廣之下，已不再是高級運動，是個適合全民參與的休閒運動。輕艇最大的特色之一是可以適應各種水域，由於輕艇活動的種類繁多，依地理環境的考量，可以發展不同的輕艇項目。研究方法：本文採歷史研究法，資料搜集以學術性期刊論文、研討會論文、報紙及網際網路資訊為主，將資料進行彙整、分類與歸納，再依據筆者實際參與輕艇的經驗撰述而成。研究目的：探討輕艇運動的起源與近代發展、介紹臺灣輕艇運動的歷史發展、提出輕艇運動推展困境與相關建議。結果：輕艇運動發展困難的因素為法令限制、場地資源不普及、設備器材昂貴、水域安全教育不足。建議：法令政策有條件的鬆綁、加強教育民眾水域安全觀念、促進成立俱樂部或社團、加強行銷輕艇運動。

Under the Government to promote kayak in the past few years is no longer a high-level sports, but suitable for all people to participate in recreational sport. One of the characteristics of the kayak can be adapted to a variety of waters, as a result of a wide variety of kayak, depending on geographical considerations, the kayak can be the development of different projects. The purposes of this article were: to explore the origins of canoe sport and modern development in light of Taiwan's historical development of boat movement. The results are: 1. The inconvenience of policy restriction; 2. the short of resources; 3. the high-risk of aquatic sports, and it's hard to find plenty of suitable area. Proposition: 1. To deregulate the policies properly; 2. to enhance water safe concept; 3. to encourage the establish of kayak sport clubs; 4. to establish a internet platform.
