由2019亞洲盃橄欖球比賽論台灣橄欖球發展展望

臺灣橄欖球運動從1913年至今近百年的歷史，完全是憑藉諸多熱心臺灣橄欖球運動的前輩們，不計目的、不求名利，在艱困的環境中以開拓蠻荒的精神，攜手奉獻心力推展橄欖球運動。研究者過去曾為橄欖球選手，生涯也具有擔任臺灣體育行政工作的經驗，與臺灣各階層體育行政與訓練單位均建立良好的互動關係，可以方便取得研究所需資料或文獻，確立本研究的順利進行，是為本研究之動機。期望透過探討亞洲各國橄欖球的發展，並藉由本次2019年亞洲盃賽事賞析，根據比較亞洲各國橄欖球發展之差異，分析並擷取適合用於臺灣橄欖球發展上之經驗，之後加以學習並應用於台灣橄欖球運動的發展上。基於如此，本研究之目的如下。一、以文獻分析方式追朔臺灣橄欖球運動的發展起源與歷程。二、資料收集介紹臺灣傳統橄欖球隊的組織發展。三、2019年亞洲盃四強橄欖球賽事之賞析。

In Taiwan, rugby has developed nearly a hundred years of history from 1913 to present. The Rugby sport was able to be continued by many people, they rely solely on loved and enthusiasm the Taiwan Rugby sport. They don't consider the purpose; don't seek fame and fortune in difficult environment, with a pioneering spirit, join hands and dedication to promote rugby. In the past, researcher has had a career as a rugby player. And also has the experience of the role of sports administration in Taiwan. At the same time, we have established a good interactive relationship with sports administration and training units of all levels in Taiwan. It is convenient to obtain the required materials or documents to establish the smooth progress of the research. This is the motivation for this research. We hope to explore the development of rugby in Asian countries. And through the appreciation of the 2019 Asia Rugby Championship, compare the differences in the development of rugby in Asian countries. Analyze and extract suitable experience for the development of Taiwanese rugby. The purpose is to find the experience to improve the current development of Taiwanese rugby. After, learn and apply it to the development of Taiwan rugby sport. Based on this, this is the purpose of this research. 1. Tracing the origin and history of the development of rugby in Taiwan through literature analysis. 2. Data collection introduces the organizational development of Taiwan's traditional rugby team. 3. Appreciation of the 2019 Asia Rugby Championship.
