梨山地滑區排水廊道之設計及施工

Design and Construction of Drainage Galleries in Li-San Landslide Area

摘要


梨山地滑區從民國79年4月發生以來,至84年起根據工研院能資所之規劃進行為期六年的整治工程計畫,其主要工程係從排除災害誘因的雨水和地下水著手,而地下排水針對地下水可能分為不同層次及區域而有橫向集水管、集水井及排水廊道等21 處,其中排水廊道主要在排除深層之地下水。梨山地滑地規劃於配置二條馬蹄型斷面約2×2m之廊道分別為G1長350公尺、G2長550公尺,並採用鋼襯鈑組合為國內排水廊道首創。 排水廊道為梨山地滑區整治最後施作及最困難的工程,其在設計上通盤考量了地質狀況,在施工上克服了種種問題,其完工後,也顯示了排除地下水的功能,而TDR 監測技術的引進,更有效地掌控施工安全性。根據各項監測資料顯示排水廊道施工後地下水已有效且大幅降低。

Li-san landslide occurred in April of 1990. After a 2 years investigation period, remedical plan lasting for six years concentrated on using surface and groundwater safety drainage system. Groundwater control plan included horizontal drains, drainage wells and drainage gallery were planned for different stratum and sliding blocks. Among these measures, two drainage gallery having its length by 350 and 550 meters and having support system formed by steel plates which is first applied in Taiwan. Drainage gallery were the most difficult to construct and performed latest among the remedical work in li-san landslide area. In the design stage, geological conditions were put into concern in great details. During the construction stage, effort were put to overcome every failure interrupted the progress. After the work accomplished totally, monitored groundwater level showed great success about its drainage function. TDR technique were applied to verify ground deformations. All the evidence showed from the monitoring system proved the effectiveness and successful of groundwater control and so as the landslide disaster.
