箱型蛇籠與懸臂式擋土牆對道路邊坡崩塌保護成效之分析探討-以東勢鎭中44線道路爲例

摘要


中44線鄉道位屬台中縣東勢鎮內,爲境內最主要交通幹道之一。93年7月2日敏督利颱風挾帶強風豪雨侵襲台灣,造成中44線沿線多處路基遭沖刷淘空,道路邊坡土壤沖蝕、崩塌、裸露坍塌導致道路中斷、嚴重影響通行安全。以期改善當地交通,於災後擬定復建計畫以相關經驗、專業知識等,蒐集鄰近之資料,充份瞭解當地之交通,環境,景觀,地質等需求,並以經費多寡等因素做全盤規劃後。以水土保持工程相關領域工作,工程專業技術,就工程之需求性及防災考量,同時以箱型蛇籠生態工法及混凝土擋土牆等工法,作為道路邊坡崩塌之護坡工程,並為確實落實災修工程之執行,以之兩者工法辦理工程施工改善,本研究以箱型蛇籠疊型護坡(生態工法)及混凝土擋土牆(懸臂式擋土牆)等工法,作為道路邊坡崩塌保護之施工前、施工中及完成後對現場區域交通、環境等需求,做實際工程效益探討。

NO.44 Taichung County Road located at Dung Shi of Taichung County is an important line of communications. July 2, 2004, NO.44 Taichung County Road was destroyed because Mindulle Typhoon attacked Taiwan. Mindulle Typhoon caused gale and torrential rain resulted in soil erosion, landslide and road groundsill loss etc. in Dung Shi. In order to improve local traffic, faultless plan was redacted to restore NO.44 County Road. The purpose of this study will probe into soil and water conservation engineering's benefit both, of box Gabion (ecological engineering) and R.C. retaining wall on NO.44 Taichung County Road.
