摘要

清水溝排水系統為集集鎮之主要藍帶動線，而集集鎮也以豐富的觀光資源著名，如何在進行區域排水整治的同時，也一併考量其環境營造及周邊之景觀規劃，以達到整體綜合治水的目標。本研究乃挑選局部具有觀光價值之處做初步景觀規劃，其景觀規劃主要分為幾個方向：（1）規劃公共設施、人行步道、腳踏車步道及護岸生態美化；（2）觀光規劃遊憩路線，提供休閒遊憩之價值。希望能結合生態工程與景觀營造規劃使清水溝溪更具景觀遊憩之價值。

The drainage of Chingshuigou Creek is the major blue corridor in Jiji Township. Besides, Jiji Township is famous of abundant tourism resources that the environmental creation and the landscape planning should be taken into account when proceeding regional drainage renovation so as to achieve the objective of integrated flood control. In this case, some areas with tourism value are selected for preliminary landscape planning. The landscape planning is classified into several orientations, including (1) the planning of public facilities, pavements, cycling paths, and the ecological beautification of bank revetment and (2) the planning of recreational routes for recreation value. It is expected to combine ecological engineering with landscape planning to enhance the creational value of Chinshuigou Creek.
