噴植常用黏著劑之浸潤滲出水質探討

The Study on Infiltrating Seepage Water Quality of General Hydro-seeding Adhesives

摘要


本研究則是以噴植工法中常用之黏著劑包括:高分子黏著劑、壓克力樹脂乳劑、KMCO-955與KMCO-6140等聚合物,量測其不同濃度配比及養護期間之浸潤滲出水質變化,並比對行政院環境保護署之土壤及地下水管理標準。結果顯示高分子黏著劑在較高濃度時,氨氮檢出值會有超過標準情形,而壓克力樹脂乳液在配比濃度增加時之pH值有偏酸之狀況,KMCO-955與KMCO-6140等聚合物則在總硬度檢測值偏高,因此建議若於飲用水水源水質保護區內使用上述黏著劑時應考慮其可能影響。

This study based on general used hydroseeding adhesives, which include: polymer adhesives, pressure acrylic resin emulsion, KMCO-955 and KMCO-6140 polymer, to measure their seepage water quality changes in different concentrative ratio and nature curing period. Through the seriously test to compare and evaluate with the announcement standards of soil and groundwater management by Environmental Protection Administration. The results show the polymer adhesives ammonia detected value exceeds the standard at higher concentrations. The acrylic resin emulsion had the case of low pH in the increase of the concentration ratio. KMCO-955 and KMCO-6140 polymer still had the high testing situation of total hardness. Therefore, it was recommended that should be considered the impact in the protection areas for drinking water source.
