本研究主要是在探討運動生物力學儀器於運動上之應用,因此,本研究藉由對加速規(Accelerometer)及力量測量器(Force Transducer)儀器之特性,來探討於空手道運動上之應用;其加速規(Accelerometer)之特性,是同時能測量三個方向的加速度大小,而此種加速規,是把三個加速規互相垂直地固定在一起,而所求三個方向的加速度大小和三個軸的方向是一致:另一力量測量器(Force Transducer)之特性,是測量撞擊到物體時力量之大小;經由寶驗設計,結果顯示,加速規所得之結果,可了解到選手腰部運作情形,而力量測量器可了解力量使用情形,更進一步,藉由此二種儀器實驗所得結果之曲線分佈圖,來了解選手動作狀況,以進行動作上之修正,並提供教練於訓練時之一參考。
This study reports some of the applications of biomechanics instruments in karate training and exercises. By using a accelerometer, for simultaneous three dimensional acceleration measurement, and a force transducer, for impact force measurement, the detail of biomechanics behavior of a karate competitor during training and exercises, such as the movement of waist, can be recorded. The data can then be analyzed to improve the understanding of the mechanics of karate movement and/or to identify the possible causes of injury due to incorrect actions. This procedure should provide useful information for karate coaches in training courses.
