摘要

綜觀現代競技排球發展的趨勢與展望，一名優秀選手對各單項技術綜合運用能力，從比較單調、專一化，趨向更全面、多元化的發展。一般而言，在排球比賽中攻擊最主要的得分方式，其次才是攔網、發球和對方失誤；雖然防守反攻得分比率約只佔1/5左右，但是如果沒有能力拿到這幾分，要獲勝的機率相對的也會減少許多。現今的球隊一昧的追求球員高度，追求進攻的技術，而忽略了基本的防守技術者不少。期盼由本篇文章的回顧與探討，重拾各位先進對指導排球運動的防守技術能更盡一份心力。

To understand and anticipate the development of the volleyball for a Professional and excellent athlete, the capability emphasized needs to he focused on all aspects, not limited to one or two special techniques only. Generally, the major technique to obtain the score is offense. The next are close serve is and opponent's miss respectively. Even the ratio of defense to offense is about 1 to 5 for abstaining the points in one game, a few points from defense are still Crucial for winning a game. Now, a volleyball sport team for selecting a new athletic, height and offense technique of an athlete are noticed for jointing a team, the defense skill of an athlete is neglected. Therefore, the defense technique is encoded tube noticed and paid attention from this study.
