以擊劍運動訓練教育淺談擊劍教練哲學觀

A Point of View in the Fencer's Training Education to Discuss the Fencing Coach's Philosophical Thinking

摘要


「擊劍運動」,不僅是注重體力與技術的運用,更重要的是訓練一個劍手的涵養。擊劍比賽在精神方面的高尚人格和不屈不撓與伸張正義精神,正與我中華民族傳統的劍士精神相吻合。 所謂勝負的本質,其實就是「運動家之風度」,這種風度是運動員對週遭環境人際間的應對方式,做到勝不驕敗不餒的氣度,進而演變與提升爲「紳士風度」用於真實人生表現生活方式的行爲表現。 學習劍術或指導擊劍運動時,我們必須要了解擊劍運動實質上是一種劍術;也是一種武術。從攻擊、撥擋、還擊可以演變成一種拳術,因此在學習與教導擊劍的同時也學習與傳授一種武術,從學習與傳授武術的觀點,不但要鍛練外在的技術藝還必須修心。 除了注重選手運動能力外,好的教練必須有技術還要有德性與修養,另外須注意到於社會中活動時的人際關係與人文修養。因此確立正確的「擊劍教練哲學觀」是從事指導擊劍運動者必須深思與注意的重要課題。

Fencing sports are not only to lay stress on physical strength bat to make technique. That is more important to training a fencer how should control themselves. The spirit of the competition being indomitable with justice those are closely to meet oar swordman's mind of Chinese. What is call intrinsic quality of the success or failure which is the sportsmanship! The spirit should to use to people and things. We should comprehend which the swordsmanship is as well as the martial art in leaching or learning the fencing. We should not only train ours external and internal. It is not only emphasize the fencer's ability bat is necessary who possess well technique and mastery to be a master. To establish the correct fencing coach's philosophical thinking which is very important to be a master
