手術切除根尖牙骨質－骨發育不良－病例報告
Surgical Excision of Periapical Cemento-Osseous Dysplasia-A Case Report
摘要
本病例為一名八十二歲男性，主訴為右下門牙搖動及偶發性疼痛，放射線檢查顯示右下門牙牙根區有一不透射的白色硬質塊。第一次門診將右下門牙拔除，並建議持續追蹤。但一個月後，病人的右下門牙區依舊有不舒服的情形，臨床上傷口癒合不佳並伴隨有腫脹，故經手術將骨病變取出，病理診斷為根尖牙骨質－骨發育不良，四個月後回診傷口癒合良好且無感染及發炎情形。

In this report, we presented an 82-year-old male who complained right side lower anterior tooth mobility and occasional pain. The radiographic examination showed a radiopaque mass in the root tip of right lower incisor area. In the first appointment, we extracted the right side lower incisor. A month later, the patient still complained the wound discomfort. We excised the bone lesion surgically. The pathologic diagnosis was a cement-osseous dysplasia. The follow-up examination after four months revealed fair wound healing without infection and inflammation.
