摘要

面對口腔癌手術後頰側穿過至顏面的缺損，尤其是包含下唇及口聯合時，術後重建常是極具挑戰性的。面對此類複雜之缺損形式，理想的術後重建應該包括外層的皮膚，內部的頰黏膜組織與口腔前庭達到口唇適當閉合，以維持正常的言語與吞嚥功能。由於頰下島狀動脈皮瓣的製備容易，使用來重建小範園至中範圓的患處日漸普及。本文所發表的案例即是以摺疊式頦下島瓣來重建此類顏面缺損及做過當之文獻回顧。

After oral cancers surgeries, it is difficult and challenge to reconstruct throughand- through defects of cheek, particularly when lower lip and oral commissure were also involved, The ideal reconstruction of such defects should replace external skin, mucosal lining and labial sulcus and maintain adequate speaking and swallowing function, The submental island flap has gained popularity as a technique for small to moderate-sized oral cavity defects because it is simple to perform Here, we present a case using folded submental island flap to reconstruct such kind of defect and also review previous literatures.
