植牙導航系統之精準度評估

Accuracy Assessment of Implant Navigation Systems

摘要


目的:近年來植牙技術已經廣泛運用在口腔重建治療,對於傳統局部或全口活動義齒使用上仍不滿意的病患,利用植牙治療也常常能得到滿意的治療結果。然而同一台植牙手術導航系統所提供的數據雖已有非常好的精確度,但使用新系統或新技術常因操作者經驗的多寡會產生結果的差異,故本研究探討不同操作者之經驗值對於使用植牙導航定位系統之精準度的影響。方法:本研究主要利用台灣植體科技所開發之手術導航系統進行實驗,探討不同使用經驗所造成的精準度差異。結果:使用者在進行下顎鑽孔時能有效縮減誤差,主要原因可能為下顎鑽孔之手勢較容易控制。因此可知透過熟練的操作可再有效降低植牙導航系統所造成的誤差值。結論:植牙臨床經驗和操作的熟悉度是影響植牙成敗的主要因素,透過植牙導航系統可降低經驗值所造成的誤差,如能再有效調整上穎植入時之手勢與位置,加強操作熟練度,必更能提升其精準度上的落差。

Objective: In recent years, dental implant technology has been widely used in the treatment of oral reconstruction and solves toothless patients' trouble. Computer navigation system is based on a set of medical imaging with optical positioning technology implant surgery auxiliary systems. Despite the implant surgery data provided by the navigation system have very good accuracy, the errors are always made by different operators. In this study we would like to investigate the accuracy impacts of different experience in operating dental implants navigation system. Methods: The AqNavi surgical navigation system which developed by Science and Technology in Taiwan was performed to investigate the accuracy by different operators. Results: We found the accuracy of errors would be reduced when the operator drilling mandibles. We assumed that the main reason may be attributed to the drilling of the mandibles gestures easier to control. Hence, a skilled operator may effectively reduce the accuracy errors which made by the navigation system. Conclusion: Operators experience and skill are the main factors affecting success or not in the dental implant surgery. We assumed that operators should get more skill training, for example adjust the position of the palate and gestures of implantation, to raise more accuracy of Navigation system.
