We present a case maxillary reconstruction with dental rehabilitation using a two-staged approach. Following the extirpation of a palatomaxillary tumour on anterolateral thigh (ALT) flap was used for primary reconstruction to prevent oro-antral communication and in preparation for postoperative radiotherapy. With a one-year disease free interval after the completion of radiotherapy, total maxillary rehabilitation was achieved with a vascularized fibula bone graft and primary placement of dental implant with good functional result.
