Cherubism is a rare benign fibro-osseous lesion characterized by painless expansion of the jaws in childhood. Related to its pathogenesis, this disease takes a natural course where the affected mandible and/or maxilla begin to swell in early childhood, gradually increases and regresses around the age of puberty. A wait and see approach has been advocated unless there are significant functional, aesthetic, or emotional disturbances. We report a 5 years old boy with gradually swelling on his face. The final diagnosis is grade I cherubism We represent the case with clinico-radiographic presentation of its classical features and analysis of possible differential diagnosis.
