自體牙移植於缺牙區之應用－病例報告

缺牙區或無牙脊的重建大部分以活動假牙及固定贋復物或植體支台式的贋復物為主要之選項，惟近年來，隨著牙齒保存學的研究進展，使用自體牙齒移植的需求似有增加的趨勢，大多數的自體牙齒移植，多應用於患齒及時移除合併移植牙同時植入的做法，在文獻上，較少提及在已成為缺牙區或是原生齒已拔除多年後再進行自體牙齒移植的情況，本病例報告將提出一自體牙移植應用於長期無牙的缺牙區之案例，且追蹤數年術後有穩定臨床表現。本病例報告亦將進行文獻回顧，進而探討影響長期缺牙區域之自體牙移植存活率包括病人及技術相關等之因素，希望能提供臨床醫師參考的做法，藉以提高自體牙齒移植應用的範疇及成功率。

Most of the reconstruction of missing teeth area or edentulous ridges is removable dentures and fixed dental prosthesis or implant-supported dental prosthesis. However, in recent years, with the development of teeth preservation, the use of autologous teeth seems to increased. Most of the tooth autotransplantation are often used to remove the suffering teeth and transplantation at the same time. In the literature review, it is less mentioned that missing teeth area or the original tooth has been removed for many years and then tooth autotransplantation. This case report will present the application of tooth autotransplantation for long-term missing teeth area. The case has stable clinical manifestations after several years of follow-up. This case report will also be reviewed in the literature and further explored the survival rate of tooth autotransplantation affecting long-term edentulous areas includes patient and technology-related factors and it is hoped that the clinician can be provided to improve the scope and success rate of tooth autotransplantation.
