本研究透過參與都市人基金會長期營隊的青少年為研究對象,青少年在運用冒險教育帶領的長期營隊中,與社會工作者以及同儕建立正向的依附關係。而這樣的依附關係是否讓青少年內化,並且將內化的正向依附關係模式帶回到原本的生活環境,改變青少年與原本生活環境之同儕與父母之依附關係。本研究從都市人基金會所舉辦的28天共生營第一屆到第九屆中,立意抽樣33位青少年為研究對象。根據分析這些經由電訪或面訪收集到的資料,發現於共生營活動中,青少年與社會工作者及同儕經歷到正向的依附關係。如此正向的依附關係經驗,在營隊結束後會帶回到青少年原本之生活中,從研究中可以發現青少年於共生營所經歷到的正向依附關係經驗,與返家後跟家人以及同儕原本的依附關係改變有正相關。除此之外,營隊中正向依附關係的經歷,對青少年回到原本生活中,與家人及同儕的依附關係有正向的改變。
The object of this research for the study of youth involved in the City People Foundation long-term program, ”28 days program”. The youth in the long-term program which use the adventure education establish the positive attachment relationship with social workers and peers. The youth internalize this positive attachment relationship during this program. When the youth internalize the attachment relationship mode back to the original living environment, change the attachment relationship with originally living environment peers and parents. This study organized by the Foundation of the City People in the ”28 days program” from first term to ninth term, 33 youth were randomly selected as the research object. Based on an analysis of data collected via telephone interviews or face visit, found that young people in the ”28 days program” and the experience the positive attachment relationship with social workers and peers. After the end of the ”28 days program”, this positive attachment experience, have positively related to the change in attachment relationship with originally family and peers. Then this positive attachment relationship experience will affect youth when they go back to the original life attachment relationships with family and peers.
