The goal of this study was to design and evaluate the 'eye-control' e-book and its user interface. Firstly, the concept of 'universal design' was adopted to design a PDF e-book and the eye-tracking equipment was used to measure the e-book's software usability. The result shows that 'eye-control' e-book is compatible and users are preferred with the e-book menu design with a menu at upper location, 0.5 second trigger timing, button size of 5 by 5 C.M., and with sound effect. Most users agreed that the eye-control e-book is a feasible and useful design.
