南部紙容器產業調查分析與發展之研究

本研究針對南部紙容器產業進行產業現況調查，實地進行廠商訪查、專家訪談、舉辦產業座談會，藉以鑑別產業價值供應鏈，找出高值化產品方向，並分析其中所需之關鍵技術。由本研究成果得知，南部紙容器產業可發展之高值化方向有：工業用紙品器開發、功能性包裝開發、陳設展示應用。針對南部紙容器產業，建議可朝向功能性包裝發展，並與在地之農、漁、牧、食品加工、旅遊產業合作，結合南部豐富之特色物產，開發美觀、結構實用之功能禮品盒，除可為產業開發高值化市場外，亦可帶動其他在地產業共同發展。

This research focuses on the current progress of paper container industry in Southern Taiwan. On site surveys with the factories, interviews with experts of this area, and forum discussions of the business helps to identify the industry value chain, to reveal the direction of high value products and to analyze the necessary key technology. From the data of this research we may conclude that Southern Taiwan's paper container industry can evolve to high value through the direction of: industrial paper commodities development, functional packaging development, display and exhibit application. Emphasizing on the Southern paper container industry, advice toward functional packaging development and cooperating with the local agricultural, fishing, animal, food processing, and tourist industry. Combining with the abundance of the productivity of the South, developing structural practical functional gift boxes, besides raising the market value of these products, it may also bring up the development of many other local industries.
