以社群經營結合客製化文創商品網路商務平台之創新價值鏈初探

摘要

透過產業群聚，可使企業間進行價值鏈結合或是策略聯盟，並將技術知識集中化、整合上下游供應鏈，形成產業群聚綜效加成，以厚植產業實力，提升整體市場價值。藉由網路資訊佈建及運作，利用群聚專區、產業訊息、技術交流以及知識文件管理等線上功能，提供各個群聚成員可以交流商機的園地，以協助知識管理的效益擴散，促進業內知識的流通，進而激發嶄新的概念及想法。
在此針對文化創意產業作為價值鏈創新標的，從傳統印刷業者著手，運用商機交流平台的建置，進行知識管理的導入，以實際的交流活動及有形效益作為示範標竿，吸引文創業者加入，以期能結合從設計端到製造端，共同開發市場商機，提昇文創產業的市場競爭力。

Through the industrial clustering, it enables the value chain combination or strategic alliance between enterprises, and concentrates technical knowledge, integrates upstream and downstream supply chain to form an industrial cluster synergy, strengthen industrial strength, and improve the overall market value.
By the network deployment and operation of information online features such as using cluster specific area, industry information, technology exchange and document management to provide in the garden for all cluster members for exchange business opportunities. To help spreading the benefits of knowledge management, and promote the circulation of knowledge in the industry, it then stimulates new concepts and ideas.
For the cultural and creative industries in this value chain innovation as the subject.
Proceeding from the traditional printing industry, and building platform for business exchange, it imports knowledge management. Communication activities and the actual tangible benefits of benchmarking as a model, it attracts the entrepreneurs to join the group, and can be combined to create the design, end to manufacturing, to develop market opportunities, and enhance cultural and creative industries competitive.
