萬金街廓意象之研究初探

歷史街廓再造是當前政府推動的計畫之一，而歷史街廓通常是一個地區因人口較為聚集有著共同生活模式、商業行為等，所較早發展的地方，產生歷史人文活動匯集的記錄，在現代生活中卻因面臨缺乏資金維護與技術不足而逐漸頹圮，或著因都市開發需求的狀況下推倒重建，使得極具文化保存價值的歷史街廓失去了原有的樣貌與意義。如何透過歷史街廓的修復，促進不同關係人之互相交流，讓歷史街廓得以復甦並以適當可行的方式保存其人文歷史與意義是本研究所要探討的方向。本研究旨從文化的保存與傳達為理念，由藝術家駐點創作圖像作品中，分析創作意象是否符合及傳達地方人文特色精神，企圖在歷史街廓中營造出一種讓觀光客或觀賞者一同參與當地文化的氛圍，希冀能夠表達一個社區或社區裡一群人的生命經驗以達到旅遊教學及文化保存的意義。

Recycling historical blocks is one of the current plan promoted by the government, and history of a region usually arises from block building cluster that share the life of the population model, business behavior, and the early development of the place, resulting in collection of historical records of human activity, which, however, face in modern life lack of funds, maintenance and crumbling technology, or the result of urban developmental needs for demolition and redevelopment, making the great cultural history of the street blocks conservation value lose their original appearance and meaning. How the history of street blocks of the restoration, promotion of relations between people of different exchanges so that history can be revived and a block building in an appropriate and feasible way to preserve their cultural history are the significance of this research direction. This study aims to convey from the cultural preservation and for the idea of stagnation created by the artist image works, whether creative imagery conveys the spirit of the local cultural characteristics, history of the street blocks in an attempt to create a way for visitors or viewers to participate in the local culture of the atmosphere, hoping to express a community or community life experiences of a group of people to achieve the tourism teaching and the significance of cultural preservation.
