大台北地區印刷產業調查及經營策略分析

摘要

隨著數位資訊環境漸趨發展成熟，民眾對於數位閱讀接受度亦有逐漸提高的趨勢，加上產業外移，國內之內需市場萎縮等不利因素，使印刷產業結構產生動盪。本研究針對全台印刷產業最密集的大台北地區（包括台北市、新北市及基隆市）印刷業進行產業現況調查，透過訪廠調查鑑別出印刷產業在高度資訊化發展的世代，產業面臨問題及產業需求等方向；再者，為使資料更加完備，辦理產業專家座談會，藉由專家座談會專家意見交流，分析及規劃印刷產業未來經營發展方向策略，以期協助印刷產業及早規劃企業轉型與提昇發展方向，引導產業發展迎合未來的市場需求永續經營。

While the digital information environment becoming more and more maturity, people are gradually trend to accept the digital readings. Adding the unfavorable factors of relocation of the industry, and shrinking of the local market, it makes unstable construction for the printing industry.This study is mainly focus on the printing industry of greater Taipei areas (including Taipei, New Taipei, and Keelung Cities), where are the most densely areas island-wide. Through visits to investigate and identify the general development, the problems that the industry faced and direction they demand under the highly progress of information technology.Furthermore, in order to make the information more complete, we held an industry experts forum, to analyze and map out the strategies of future business direction of the printing industry by exchanging the point of views from the experts. In helping the printing industry to plan enterprise reformation early and enhance the direction of their development, it will guide the industrial development to meet future market demand for their sustainable management.
