臺灣攝影獨立書店商業模式研究

The Research on Business Model of Taiwan Photography Independent Bookstore

摘要


80年代末期受到解嚴的社會背景影響,以非連鎖方式經營的獨立書店開始發展,漸漸出現許多主題的獨立書店。獨立書店與連鎖書店最大的不同在於獨立書店有各自的書店風格與選書品味。本研究以臺灣唯一一間攝影獨立書店「下北沢世代」作個案研究,探討「下北沢世代」的商業模式及其攝影藝術活動的推廣。研究發現,「下北沢世代」書店的商業模式採小眾化經營,除了書店負責人定期出國選書,也常與國外出版社交流販售世界各地攝影刊物。商品價格計算方式為按照進貨的價格計算,價格決定因素取決於商品的珍貴性及特色性,非以銷售量計算。攝影刊物進書量並非像大型書店般的大量進書而是以書店負責人自身經驗此商品價值進而推斷商品進書數量。

In the late 1980s by the impact of the social background of abolished martial law, the independent bookstore gradually appeared in many topic independent bookstores. The biggest difference between independent bookstores and chain bookstores is independent bookstores have their own style and choosing books style. In this study, Taiwan’s only photographic independent bookstore, "Shimokitazawa Generation" as a case study on "Shimokitazawa Generation" business model to promote their photographic art activities. The study found that "Shimokitazawa Generation" bookstore adopted minority operations, in addition to go abroad to select book regularly, often communicated with foreign press to sell the world photography press publication. Commodity prices calculated as calculated in accordance with the purchase price, the price depends on the product’s precious and characteristics, non terms of sales volume. Photography publications stocks is not as well as large bookstores. Photography publications stocks depend on editor’s experience.
