近年來隨著智慧型手機和平板電腦的硬體規格研發精進,行動遊戲已成為人們生活上不可或缺的休閒娛樂。因而本研究主要是藉由問卷調查的方式,來探討行動遊戲設計因素與使用者的滿意度的關係。並期望遊戲開發設計業者可藉由使用者的回饋做適時的修改及導正,以完善遊戲系統的缺失,進而製作出更符合使用者需求的遊戲產品。經由本研究的分析可得如下結論:行動遊戲設計因素各構面的平均數加總,顯示該構面的滿意度也最高,依序為美術視覺設計(4.07)、劇情撰寫設計(3.97)、娛樂感官設計(3.89)、企劃編輯設計(3.81)及程式整合設計(3.80)。使用者的性別、年齡、職業均未達顯著差異;在教育程度部份,大學或學院的使用者在企劃編輯設計的滿意度,顯著高於高中職的使用者。在娛樂感官設計的滿意度,大學或學院的使用者顯著高於高中職的使用者。行動遊戲設計因素的子構面中均達到顯著中度相關。
CIn recent years, with the development of hardware specifications for smart phones and tablets, mobile games have become an indispensable entertainment for people. Therefore, this study mainly explores the relationship between mobile game design factors and user's satisfaction by questionnaires. It is hoped that the game development and design industry can make timely modifications and corrections by the user's feedback to improve the lack of the mobile game system, and then create a game product that is more in line with the user's needs. This study results found: the average of various facets of the mobile game design factors shows that the user's satisfaction of the facet is also the highest, followed by art visual design (4.07), plot writing design (3.97), entertainment sensory design (3.89), planning editing design (3.81) and program integration design (3.80). The gender, age, and occupation of the users did not reach significant differences; but in the education level, the user's satisfaction of the university or college in the planning editing design was significantly higher than that of the high school users. In the user's satisfaction of the sensory design, the users of the university or college are significantly higher than the users of the high school. Significant moderate correlations were achieved between the facial aspects of the mobile game design factors.
