行動多頻譜技術用於印刷色彩複製初探

Preliminary Study on Mobile Multispectral Technology for Printing Color Reproduction

摘要


本研究為了提昇印刷複製畫的色彩品質,以中小型印刷廠的需求為目標,開發了一套可結合現有手機行動裝置的外掛式多頻譜套件。該套件有8個濾鏡座,上面安裝7個涵蓋可見光波段的濾鏡,以及一個可取得紫外光或其他波段的濾鏡。經過設計好的拍攝流程,以及標準的拍攝環境之下,行動多頻譜裝置可取得7張呈現可見光波段的多頻譜影像。經過影像暗角、訊噪比和畸變分析,均符合一般數位影像要求。搭配雲端多頻譜合成處理,可模擬出標準光源下觀看的影像色彩,符合印刷需要的色彩需求。

In order to improve the color quality of printed reproductions, this research has developed an external multi-spectral kit that can be combined with existing mobile phone, with the needs of printing plants of SME. The wheel of the kit has eight filter holders with seven filters for visible light and a filter for UV or other wavelengths. Under the designed shooting process and standard shooting environment, the mobile multi-spectral device can obtain 7 multi-spectral images. After image vignetting, signal-to-noise ratio and distortion analysis, all meet the requirements of general digital image. Processed with cloud multi-spectral synthesis software, the images can be synthesized to color image observed under standard light sources, which meet the requirement of printing industry.
