由於Covid-19之疫情與行政院提倡的「雙語國家」之政策,英文類學習平台比起以往更受到關注。本研究以「英語類學習平台」為主體,針對其所提供之平台服務為探討內容,並透過比較探討國內三家英文類語言學習平台之特性、平台之內涵以及平台之服務內容為方向。經過文獻探討彙整與分析後,利用比較分析法探究三家英文類語言學習平台所提供之內容。經整理分析發現目前國內三家英文類語言學習平台在服務項目上較少提供用戶自我體驗的項目,並皆為教師教材與視訊之功能,日後若能增加用戶操作之體驗,將能補足互動學習之不足,並提供於未來國內語言學習平台之服務內容參考。
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic and the "Bilingual Nation" policy advocated by the Executive Yuan, English-based learning platforms have received more attention than ever. This study compares the features of three domestic English language learning platforms, structure , and the service contents. After compiling and analyzing the literature, we used comparative research analysis to investigate the contents provided by the three English language learning platforms. The three English language learning platforms in Taiwan focus on providing teaching materials and video functions for teachers and less on providing self-experience in their services. If the user experience can be increased in the future, , it will complement the lack of interactive learning and provide a reference for the future service content of the domestic language learning platform.
