摘要

化學治療是目前癌症治療的主要方法之一，然而因為化學治療引發之噁心嘔吐相關症狀卻非常普遍。化學治療的藥物大多會刺激消化道及大腦的嘔吐中樞，因而引起噁心或嘔吐。本文主要從中醫藥的古籍觀點及現代研究，探討中醫如何處治化學治療引發之噁心嘔吐。

Chemotherapy is one of major methods in curing cancer, but nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy are commonly seen. Most of chemotherapy medicine may irritate the digestive tract and the vomiting center of the brain and induce nausea or vomiting. Based on the viewpoint of ancient Chinese medicine literatures or textbooks and modern research, this study discussed how Chinese medicine can treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
